Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the company’s presence on e-commerce platforms

• Drive traffic and conversions through SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing

• Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote packaging solutions to targeted customer segments

• Analyse customer data and website metrics to refine campaigns and improve ROI

• Collaborate with the sales, design teams and third-party Marketing agency to align product messaging and online promotions

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field desirable

• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, particularly with Tier 1 accounts or in large enterprise environments. Experience in packaging, Food & Beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to craft clear, professional, and compelling messages on email and social media.

• A track record of success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets, with proven experience in securing high-value deals and driving new business opportunities.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-orientated environment. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, generate leads, and maintain high levels of activity to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse, including order picking, labelling, barcoding, and handling boxes and pallets

• Load and unload vehicles and support the logistics team

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report maintenance issues

• Adhere to health and safety practices

• Occasional driving for delivery

• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain clear communication and attention to detail

• Assist with receiving stock and checking paperwork

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by performing tasks such as waste/garbage collection and maintaining overall tidiness

• Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of forklift driving experience

• Transferable flexi and counterbalance forklift licences
