Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in a full-time role.

This role focuses on lead generation and prospecting, with the primary responsibility of identifying potential clients and qualifying them before passing them on to the Business Development Manager.

You will use a combination of cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach to generate interest in our services, moving prospects from curious to qualified.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in LinkedIn, has strong research skills, and can efficiently manage leads, content, and activity levels to meet KPIs.

This is a non-negotiation role where your focus is solely on generating and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach (using LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and email campaigns

• Take prospects from initial curiosity to genuine interest, preparing them for handover to the Business Development Manager

• Manage your own pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent activity levels to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and gain insights into their business needs

• Track and document lead interactions and progress in CRM software

• Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets

• Stay organized and proactive in managing daily outreach, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales development or lead generation (experience in cold calling and prospecting)

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead identification and outreach

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and activities efficiently

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and qualify leads effectively

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in generating interest from cold leads

• Min 3-4 years relevant experience in similar position

• Comfortable with high activity levels and achieving KPIs

• Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus but not required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Willingness to travel as and when required.

Total Compensation

Base Salary + %2 commission (uncapped)
